With a degree in chemical engineering, Nancy Michieli has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years. As she climbed up the corporate ladder, the prevalence of gender bias became increasingly apparent. Although she always felt comfortable being the only woman in the room, Nancy’s awareness of other high ranking women’s lack of self esteem motivated her to create mentorship opportunities to help bolster and instill confidence in other women. Nancy is a certified, holistic life, career and executive coach and started her organization, Luv2BMe to help professional women reconnect with their identity, energy and balance while achieving clarity in their life and career. As a certified consulting hypnotist, Nancy works with individuals to break down the habits, fear and stress within to achieve great results. Nancy is an accomplished American 9 Dance Ballroom Dancer, having won the Fred Astaire Canadian National Amateur Couple multiple times with her husband Vasco. As Canadian Certified Sommelier, Nancy loves to share her knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
