Jane Finette’s long and winding journey through her life and career influenced her passion for empowering others. Her worldview was shaped by the impact of her somewhat bleak childhood as well as her successful careers in fine arts and tech. Through her journey, Jane realized her ultimate goal was to empower other women who would in turn empower others to make a difference around the world. Jane is the founder and executive director of The Coaching Fellowship which catalyzes young women leaders in social change. Formerly a big tech executive, Jane has dedicated her life to achieving equality for women by empowering them to make a global impact. Her book, “Unlocked, How Empowered Women Empower” is her first book and is due to be released October 18th. A 2020 Woman Forward GLOW award winner for the Business Council for Peace, Jane's passion, expertise, and two decades of experience is anchored at the intersection of technology and human potential. At her core, she empowers individuals and communities to solve the world’s largest, most persistent, and perennial problems.
