Barbara Palmer is a workplace leadership coach and founder of Broad Perspective Consulting and Your Fourth Trimester, a unique program designed to provide one on one support for parents who are returning to the workplace after welcoming a child. Barbara specializes in coaching employees through transitional moments in their careers, such as becoming parents, navigating a conflict in the workplace, or leading a team for the first time.
